Fantastic Sales Experience

Scot Glen gave me the best experience that I have ever had when buying a new car. He was very pleasant and took a great deal of time to go over all the bells and whistles of the new Outback. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car contact the internet sales of Kirby Subaru, Scott Glen in particular. Scott gave me the best price available without any haggling. The 5 year, 0% financing on the 2017 year end sale is a terrific incentive. We have a 2011 Outback and their service department is excellent also. William Brewer

I visited dealership to get repairs done on my old vehicle, but ended up purchasing a new car instead as my repairs were going to be too costly. George Estrada was my salesperson and I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful man. He was very patient and made the process easy and understandable. Hope everyone is lucky enough to get someone as helpful and kind as him!

KIA Sorento 2017.

The sales person was professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our desire in a new vehicle. The color we wanted was not available and the salesperson searched for the features we wanted with the color we wanted. It took some time but we got what we wanted. The salesperson did not pressure me and my wife. We walked off the dealer's lot. Overall, the process was positive. In the end we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased.

Kirby KIA Ventura, CA

We love our new KIA Niro Touring. We were met promptly on the lot by sales associate Sheriff Modad. He was very patient with us, answered all our questions, took us for a test drive, and even found a Niro in the color and with all the options we wanted on the lot. This was our first lease with trade in, and all of it was handled very smoothly and quickly, without any pressure. The finance manager, Fares Abourjeily, was very helpful and explained everything clearly. This was the quickest, smoothest experience we have had in thirty years of buying new cars. When the current remodel of the facility is finished, it too will rate five stars.

Sorento Buyer

I just purchased a new Sorento at Ventura Kia, my second purchase from Ventura Kia. Let me first say, I love my car, but am so disappointed with the internet sales manager, who is no longer there. I went in knowing what I wanted but received so much push back by Anthony that certain options were not available, even though I had built the car on-line. He was tied up with another customer closing a sale and had another salesperson take us on a test drive, thank goodness because she knew so much more about the car. When we got back to the dealership and started discussing terms and options he had my daughter and I waiting so long that I finally told him we had to leave. He actually got angry with me because he had spent an hour working on possible sale! I still bought the car the next day. Unfortunately for me, I was so busy explaining why I wanted AWD, TO TOW, because I could TOW more 5000lb vs 3500 with FWD, that I forgot to make sure I had the towing package! My own fault, but you would think that a salesperson would pick up on the fact that I wanted to tow! It's too bad because I had such a good experience the first time. I will probably give them another chance, but will still leaves me with a bad taste.

Not Satisfied

I was shopping for a used car for my Son. I called Mark from the internet department and I asked if the car that we were interested in was available. He said yes. He asked that if we go in , to ask for him. We went to the dealership and asked for him. He was too busy to greet us he was waiting for another client to come out of financing. We had another sales person help us. Mark never made an appearance, We wanted to speak with him directly since he was the Internet Manager and we had seen the car online. The process in purchasing the car was very long !!! Since Kia is under construction we were in a small temporary office. It was pretty brutal to say the least.

Good experience
