Great friendly service at this dealership. The process of buying the Rio was pretty painless. Tony Nicoll was a great help and got us a really good deal, though he did work and sweat for it. We did the whole wheel and deal song and dance untill we meet at a good medium. I think if it was lower on his end he would have walked away himself. Tony was a good sport and did not miss a beat. He understood what we were doing and stayed professional throughout. When you go to Kia ask for Tony, if not ask for Evan. He was super helpful and just the most chill guy you can possibly meet.

I came to Kirby to buy a new Kia because I already had a relationship of trust with them. My husband and I bought several Jeeps from Kirby over the last twenty years and really appreciated the quality of service and friendship of Dave Howard. Since I needed a new car, and had to navigate the process without my husband, who passed away in January of this year, I wanted to be among friends. Dave connected me with George Estrada. He was very helpful and worked with me and a family friend to negotiation ate the best deal on my 2017 Kia Soul. He has followed up with me since I bought the car and contacted a car stereo business near where I live in order to install a CD player. They are remodeling their building so the office was in a trailer. Other than that, this was the most positive car buying experience I have had. The salesman, Mark Morehead, was very professional and was knowledgeable about the car and how all of the features worked. I really was relieved that he never pressured us.

Nathan Cushing delivered an extra wonderful customer service in the service and repair department. . Sheriff, with the dealer sales was also very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He was very patient in showing us used cars in the sales lot. He is not forceful to sell a car but give you space to decide. Overall, I have good experience in the Kia Dealership and love my Optima Turbo SX. A very wonderful car with all the bells and weasels.
