Very disappointed
I don't even know where to start, when the sales rep first reached out to me she followed up and was polite. The night I bought my car her Enegry shifted and the lack of customer service went from a 10 - 1 This KIA is independently owned and has their own rules & polices they do not do to much customer service they just want to get their cars off the lot. Once they sell you a car your on your own. I traded in a car that has a gps attached to it I asked if they will have their mechanic remove it and they said it will cost $100 just to unplug it. I can see everything is about money with them and not about satisfaction. I just bought a car from them and they can't even go above and beyond to use their own mechanic to help me unplug the gps instead I have to do it my self orbring my own mechanic. There's a whole lot I can share with you that has brought a horrible taste to me on this dealership! So so disappointed to the point I'm not even happy about my new car cause every time I drive it I think of the horrible service that I have to deal with and the future custemer service that I will not receive when I take my car for Maintence and or anything I have to deal with when it comes to my car. So unhappy and disappointed with KIA Corprate that they will allow this to happen with their name. I personally do not think I should have to bring my own mechanic nor pay $100 to have my gps removed especially when I just bought a new car. This is my 3rd KIA that I own and this dealership KIA Ventura is the worse ever! I will never refer anyone nor ever purchase another car from them.

2 Kia Souls in 1 month...
My wife and I purchased a new 2016 Kia Soul from sales rep. Wendy Sandoval. THE very BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Wendy greeted us cordially and right away, we appreciated her non-pushy, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful service. We had only really planned on LOOKING at Kia Souls that night, but feeling immediately comfortable with Wendy and her never pressuring assistance, we bought our Soul. We felt that she worked diligently to help us get a deal and car we are VERY happy with! Next stop was in finance, with representative Fares Bourjeily. ANOTHER completely comfortable, non-pushy, professional, cordial and actually fun experience! From initial greeting with Wendy through our finance process with Fares, our experience was terrific! After the sale was complete, Wendy spent a considerable amount of time teaching us how to use our Soul's entertainment and options systems. We were amazed at all the details she was very knowledgeable about and appreciative of her taking the time to make sure we were understood them! About 3 weeks later, looking for a car for my daughter, I contacted Wendy again and feel VERY happy with the deal she was able to finalize for me, with fair and VERY satisfactory assistance from Sales Manager Carlos Carrillo, on a lightly used 2014 Kia Soul! Once again the buying process was actually enjoyable and it was great to again work with finance rep. Fares! We are now a 2 Kia Soul family and couldn't be happier with our new cars and the entire experience in purchasing them. Kirby Kia of Ventura... HIGHLY recommended! Thanks guys!

Today I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe
Facilities are under reconstruction and the process took place inside a trailer. Despite this minor inconvenience I found the Internet Sales Rep, Deanna Luis, a wonderful, patient person to work with. I'm deaf and have trouble with one on one personal or phone conversation, but Deanna and I communicated very well via the internet and later after we came to the "ball park" pricing area I needed, we meet to work out the details and I inspected/drove the vehicle. We concluded a deal making us both satisfied within the day. Kudos to Deanna and dealer in general which I'm sure reflects her demeanor and friendly, caring attitude along with a desire to please the customer.

Facilities were under construction. However the trailer set up was fine with us. Sales rep. very polite and wanted to know our needs and completed our need list. Ask several times if there was anything else he could do for us. He met our high expectations.

Had such a great experience buying my first car! I was shopping for something used but ended up driving off in a brand new Kia Optima that had everything I could ask for and more. After trying to work a deal with our local kia dealership (Palmdale) and watching them fail, we decided to look for other kia dealers in our area. We found Kirby Kia when we were pricing our target vehicle with USAA's Car Buying Service. I did a ton of research before hand on the value of the Sorento we wanted to buy, the value of my trade in, and exactly what rebates I qualified for. I showed up expecting to have to fight for the price point on the purchase, the value of my trade in, and my rebates but to my surprise, our sales rep (Deanna Luis) came back with better deals than I was expecting on the first try. Negotiations were done within 30 seconds of them handing me an offer. When it came time to talk financing I let them know that I had already secured financing through my bank and was ready to sign. They suggested that I give them the opportunity to beat my banks already good rates so I let them. My wife and I have excellent credit and a long history with our bank so I was expecting them to not be able to come close. However, when they came back with their financing offer it was an entire %1.5 better than the interest rate I had already established. On this vehicle purchase, Kirby Kia and Deanna set the standard for how business in the car industry should be done. They made money, I saved money, they move some inventory and I get the new family fun machine. Good job Deanna.

Best car buying experience to date!
Was in the market for a new car after my Nissan Sentra was totaled. Found a Kia Optima that matched what I was looking for here at Kia of Ventura. Got in contact with the Internet manager Mark Morehead and set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Took it for a spin, then went inside to look at some numbers. Mark was straight forward about the cost and what we could do too meet my preference. We settled on a price and I happily left with a new car AND a full tank of gas. Mark was engaging, easy going, and conversational. Overall the experience was great, usually you get a salesman that pushes everything on to the customer, but this time was there was no pressure. I highly recommend checking this dealership out if you are in the market for a car.
