My husband and I visited Kia for the first time and found the people extremely helpful and friendly. We had just come from my husband being in a serious car accident, his car was totalled and we needed to find something soon. He showed us a couple of cars and we zeroed in on the Kia Forte. I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento about 6 months ago and I'm still just as amazed by it as when I first bought it. I have to say this was really a pleasant experience from the time I walked onto the lot until I drove out in my new car with a big smile on my face. When I got to the lot, I was greeted by the salesman, Joe Q. I am pretty deliberate in my decision-making process, so it took me a few days and a few trips to the dealership before I was ready to choose the one car I really wanted. Joe was with me each time and was positive, patient, encouraging, natural, and honest throughout. Once it came time to deal, Matt K got involved and the process continued to flow smoothly. Negotiations were handled professionally and fairly, which I really appreciated. Once the deal was struck, we headed over to Steve in finance, who was like frosting on the cake. We got through all of the paperwork extremely efficiently and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thank you, Joe, Matt, Steve, and Kia of Ventura; you are an excellent team. I appreciate you and wholeheartedly recommend you to any and all. And of course it helps that I love my new car!
