Well if was a good buying experience from this dealer. I like that they didn't hound me to buy the car or that they kept pressuring us. They made themselves known and if we had any questions to approach them. All I wish is that they would have a greater selection on different colors of each model. They had a few cross treks(new) some imprezas and a ton of outbacks. But they were a great team helping purchase the vehicle.

I was greeted as soon as i walked in and it continued til i left. Deanna Luis was a great help gettn me set up and showing me a car. Any car on that lot be having then mine. I did end up purchasing a 2015 chysler 200. Its a nice car! No complaints. I recommend visiting Kia Of Ventura if you are looking into buying a new or used car

My husband had a 2012 Kia Sorento (up until two days ago!) that he purchased new at Kirby Kia through Robert Papandrea and he loved that vehicle but he travels a LOT for his work so he had many miles on that Kia Sorento. The vehicle still ran great - never had any issues with it - but due to the miles (and of course looking forward to having a newer model with updated features!), we went to Kirby Kia this week to see if Robert could help us with another Sorento purchase. He was very busy with other customers so asked a co-worker, Miguel Hurtado, to take care of us since we were very good prior customers and Robert definitely passed us over to the right person! Miguel was very helpful all the way through the process, starting at finding just the right Sorento with the options my husband (Kenny) wanted to turning us over to the finance department. Then he picked back up after that part was over to show us all about how to use all the options on the vehicle and making sure we were totally satisfied with everything. We just bought the vehicle two days ago and Miguel has already followed up with a very nice email and a phone call to make sure Kenny is happy with the vehicle. We are both very happy that we went back to Kirby Kia because they go over and above to give excellent customer service. Thank you to Miguel for taking such good care of our needs and to Robert for making sure he turned us over to someone who would give the same great customer service he always gives. And the only reason I rated the facilities as a "4" is because it's a very old building but it was still very clean. We were informed that within the next couple of weeks this building will be torn down and a beautiful new one will be built there. We can't wait to see it!

My husband just leased his third Kia from Kirby Kia in Ventura. I have always been a Toyota girl myself, but he swears on Kia's and always works with an amazing salesman named George Estrada. The lease on my Toyota Sienna was coming up and we were looking to purchase. Because my husband loves Kia, he had me look at the new Kia Sorento 2016. It was love at first site!!! And George was right there to work with us. George is kind, considerate, and is there for your every need. This is the first time in over 10 years that I have not driven a Toyota and I am so happy.
