I rarely write reviews online, but my car leasing experience with Kia of Ventura and Mark Morehead was so unexpectedly great, I feel I owe it to them. Mark Morehead is handsdown the most knowledgeable and genuine salesman I have ever met. I really appreciated the Kia of Ventura dealership for the awesome experience.

After checking the internet listings, I contacted Deanna, the Internet about the options available. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She arranged for a test drive of a vehicle that it my budget, looked for a car that was not Black or White - variety is good! - and displayed great patience in searching the area for a vehicle that fit my requests. She was able to work with me and I now have a great new Optima that is fun, economical and sexy. The other employees at Kirby was unfailingly courteous and offered assistance. The process takes a while, but the Kirby staff works hard to make the experience positive. I would highly recommend contacting Deanna, of the Internet Sales Team, at Kirby Kia of Ventura to explore the various cars and financial options available when searching for a new car. She will work with you to find the best fit for your future car purchase I look forward to seeing the new building that is being planned for the site. The current building is showing its age, although the interior was clean, well organized and inviting.

George Estrada was so helpful and friendly! I went to Kia not sure of what I wanted and scared of the buying process and how difficult it sometimes can be. I walked on the lot and was immediately greeted by George with a smile and he showed me all my options I could ever ask for. He told me the great aspects of each option and why I would love it. He really sold me my car and made me fall in love with it. Extremely knowledgable . I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. I want to think Kia motors and George Estrada so much! I love everything about my purchase!

Great experience! Deanna and Vino were very helpful, patient, and understanding and exceeded my expectations when I bought my 2016 Kia Soul+. They worked with me to get me the best price with a monthly payment that I could afford; no pressure sales with sincere follow up made the decision to buy that much easier. I was in and out of thier facilities with a new car in I under two hours, with all the deatails explained to me. Ed, the G.M., worked behind the scenes with both Deanna and Vino to make sure I left satisfied, which I was! If you're thinking of buying a Kia, I'd check with any of the aforementioned sales reps first before going anywhere else.

Great sales experience! Albino was very Knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Matt was also very helpful in getting us what we needed and wanted! Even after sale was complete Albino called to make sure our vehicle was what we wanted and offer more assistance!

I was able to trade up to a 2016 Outback. I love the car, solid, fast, good looking, lots of technology. My salesman, Jeff Albrizzio was very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. D.J in finance is great in explaining everything. Ron in service got me in to change the oil in my Forester likety split and done when he said it would be done.
