Service matches their product which we’ve always trusted.
Service matches their product which we’ve always trusted. We were offered a new tire product from a reputable source and “went with it”. It didn’t live up to the standards of the finer features of high end Lexus equipment we’ve enjoyed. The bottom line then was what to do about it? No questions asked we got replacements thanks to the dealership and the mfg on day one of the reported concern which benefits all of us long term. Four entities came together, our service contact, service mgr., the equipment mfg. and we the consumer. I, as the consumer, saw immediate satisfaction in the performance of the change in performance which although may seem minute it met the performance qualities of the vehicle we’ve enjoyed over the past four years. KUDOS to the LEXUS team. 🙂
