Lexus of Omaha replaced my dead battery quickly & efficiently. Daniel was very pleasant & experienced. His house- call made the process so easy—-kudos!!! BTW, the outdoor temperature was zero degrees!

Great service as always. We dropped by without an appointment and were treated to an immediate response by the service tech. We have been an lexus owner since 2008 and have been treated like a first-time buyer on each occassion.

Prompt, professional, and knowledgeable
I took in my car today for a couple of reasons. The team at Lexus was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable as I would expect or I would not choose Lexus as my number one choice. My Service Advisor knew what I needed right away and took care of it promptly which was appreciated. He answered my questions so I could make a decision about a future service so I could plan for it and not worry.

Quality service
I had a minor issue that they ended up fixing for free when they could’ve convinced me it was something worse. Then they gave my car a quick check-up and listed recommendations but didn’t push me to schedule them. I would call it true customer service.
