Lexus of Omaha goes above and beyond in both service and sales. Scott Schubert my sales executive, feels like a life long friend. Not only is Scott knowledgable regarding the product he delivers, his professional and friendly manner is both refreshing and appreciated. Scott follows up with everything asked of him, acts as my advocate and delivers when it counts. The sales manager Jay carries on the same friendly and welcoming manner working with me to get the best deal out there, whether it's in the final deal on a trade or work done on a certified Lexus purchase that I've made. I've also had the privilege of meeting one of their top mechanics Bob Walter. Bob walked me through the certified vehicle I was considering buying and calmed all my concerns with his professional knowledge and experience. I would want all three of these men as my neighbors, they are just good people. Great dealership!
