Overall, it was a pleasant experience at Lexus of Omaha. I was recieved by professional service technicians very early in the morning at 6:50am. Two hours later my car rolled out vacuumed, washed, polished, and filled up....the definition of perfection and above and beyond. Special thanks to Nicholas.

Great experience, very efficient. Everyone very friendly. Came in for 10,000 mi service which they said would take about an hour. My car was washed and ready in 50 mins!
