Conscientious, helpful, excellent service, down to the kid who was moving cars, he saw me sitting for awhile in the loaner car, knocked on my window, and helped me connect my phone. Great kid! Great service! Thank you Lexus!

I called the service department at 8 am from Elkhorn...
I called the service department at 8 am from Elkhorn which is about 10 miles from dealership and Justin was at my house in 25 minutes with the new battery that I needed. I was headed out of town and left on my trip by 9 am. Justin was great. That’s the reason we will keep going to Lexus of Omaha.

I took my car into Lexus of Omaha for diagnostic service. They were able to get me in the same day I called. I have utmost respect and gratitude to Kelly Fields from the service department for the customer service she provided me. She was the unfortunate one to be the bearer of bad new. I had an unusual expensive repair needed. My car has only 21,000 miles on it. I was shocked to hear that the whole navigation, display and the audio system went caput on such a low mileage car. Kelly sincerely apologized and felt bad. I felt bad for her being the messenger. Kelly went above and beyond to help resolve my service repair problem with Lexus Customer Care! Every one at Lexus of Omaha have always been great starting with Scott Schubert who sold me my car! Not to mention they cleaned my car inside and out and always have (prior to COVID)! I had friends tell me to buy a Lexus prior to my purchase. I asked why a Lexus? They said the customer service can’t be beat. I have to agree! When the time comes my nextvehicle will be another Lexus and I will be dealing with Scott from Lexus of Omaha. 😊
