I have driven a Lexus since I purchased my first one in 1991. I would not even consider another make of automobile and due to my experience and track record of driving a Lexus many of my friends, coworkers and family have also purchased and continued to drive a Lexus. The service department in Omaha, NE is excellent in all respects of knowledge, availability and professionalism. Service is the gold standard when purchasing the same make of automobile. Service was very easy to arrange on-line; greeted promptly and professionally at dealership; was provided a new loaner vehicle; was contacted promptly when service was completed; explanation of service and charges was very thorough; our vehicle was warm and washed when we left with fresh brewed coffee in hand. Excellent experience!

I’ve been getting my car service here since I bought my...
I’ve been getting my car service here since I bought my GS 300 in 2005. I have always found the service outstanding. Most of the visits are just routine oil and filter changes and fluid flushes when required. When there is a needed repair like brake repair or when I had a rare part failure they always discussed the issue, provided alternatives if possible and estimated pricing. I always felt the service personnel are looking out for the customer. Cory, the service person I always work with is friendly , thoughtful and knowledgeable. Because of him, other service personnel I have worked with and the service technicians servicing my car, I would never take my care to get serviced anywhere else. Special shout out goes to Brad the service manager, for running a great service department . They are the best.

Went for 20,000 mile check up. They told me exactly what they were planning to do and what that would cost. Finished within the time they said they would and delivered a freshly washed car. Kinda expensive but have never had a mechanical problem with any car they worked on

Would have been 5 but not good service at delivery. Have used this dealer for almost eight years with excellent service, not sure what manager is teaching sales people but customer relations are not among them

Starter repair
Brought my car in without an appointment and was able to leave it for diagnostics while we were visiting family in the area. Nick kept in contact with me regarding the necessary repairs and the estimated time needed to get parts. The snow deterred the timing a bit, but the repairs were completed and done quickly. Thank-you!
