Fabulous Customer Service

Instant response about my vehicle inquiry, and he kept in consistent contact with me. He went out of his way to try to get to know me and what I was looking for. I wound up not being financially ready to buy just yet, but I will keep this dealership at the forefront of my brain when the time comes in the very near future.

Very quick and professional

I gave Toyota in Bountiful a 5 star rating because I am sending a daughter out of state to college and wanted her car to be in great working condition. The technicians were able to work on my Toyota Corolla within just a couple days after the call, and had it running perfectly in the same day. Now I do not have to worry about my daughter having car problems through the cold winter in Idaho! Thanks, Sandy

Rock On!

I had visited Toyota Bountiful last year and left unsatisfied and frustrated. This time it was very different, in a good good way! We spoke to several dealerships, however, the interaction with Jenn Wilson was far more comfortable than any other dealerships we spoke to, so we decided Toyota Bountiful is our place. Jen and I were fast friends, and I will be going to her when I buy my next vehicle. Jenn is a rockstar. Love her. Weston was the numbers guy and was direct and honest. Until now, I have never met a car finance guy I would add to my Christmas Card list. And I've met many. ;) Weston has earned his place on my list next year. He and Jenn make a fantastic team. I so so appreciate them both and for the entertainment they provided us on a Friday night! Keep up the good work guys!

AWSOME DEALERSHIP!

We have had amazingly great experiences every time we have gone into Toyota Bountiful. Eric did an awesome job getting us into a great car that we love. He was very helpful and we left extremely happy with our new car. We will definitely recommend to any of our friends or family to go through Toyota Bountiful and ask for Eric!

Don't go here

Was called by Jen, she said " if you drive down here (45 min away from where we live) it will not be a waste of your time." "We are Giving great deals in 2016 vehicles. " She said hi and then put us with someone else who shows us 2017 vehicles, totally un informed. We basically got ditched . We were not browsing , we were prepared to buy a premium vehicle that day! We left after little over an hour as the guy showing us was nice but not well informed and Jen stopped by and disappeared again. Never saying I'm so sorry I'm in the middle of a sale (or what ever she was doing) it will be x amount of time or Anything. Well she did waste our time !!!!!!! Not going there again ! Aggravating.

We are so thrilled with the excellent fast and friendly business we were able to do today! Eric Marley and Weston Bird treated us like royalty all the way from start to finish during our new car purchase. We feel like we got the best possible deal in the state! We will definitely return! Best First Dealer

This is the first dealership I ever purchased from and it was a great experience, Toyota Bountiful did all they could do to help me into the car I wanted as best they could for a new buyer with no credit, THEY WILL MAKE IT WORK even if you have no credit! I recommend you work with Tim he is really fun and polite, and get Cameron in Financing, they are patient and will answer all your questions to best of their ability.

Satisified and treated like a friend

After shopping around different dealerships, we became frustrated with being told that our credit or job history wasn't long enough....etc. Then we went to Toyota Bountiful. They listened to the needs of our family (which is complicated) and they also worked with our credit and job history. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and did (probably a LOT of overtime) to help us. It really made a huge difference from the other dealerships. Each time we were went in they welcomed us, offered us refreshments and knew our kids. On the business side, they knew our credit situation and still worked very hard to help us get into a car that suits our family. Thank you very much!!!

I shopped happy

We just Love this dealership to death... Everyone don't look any father they bend over backwards and do backflips for there costumers. We were referred buy a friend and they gave us both the same wonderful deal.. Thanks you Craig and everyone else involved.
