Fantastic Dealership with Fantastic deals.

I like so many other buyers were hesitant to buy a car at a dealership, fearing the pushy salesman would hound me until I finally gave in and bought what he wanted me to buy, however, this dealership, especially Reid Teo was just the opposite. He was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Never did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Reid is great and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Delightful, helpful and an educational experience.

I felt from the time I met Derek to meeting Kirk, the whole experience was delightful. There was never a pressure environment and they were more than helpful.

Poor Service. Failure to communicate.

I needed to take my car in to get my tires rotated. I called and set up an appointment for Saturday at 10 a.m. Throughout the week I was reminded of my appointment by email 3 times and even received a call the day before to remind me. On Saturday morning I drove 30 minutes up to Toyota Bountiful and they told me I would have to wait at least 2 hours but probably more like 3 or 4 hours..... Just to get my tires rotated. I made this appointment a week in advance, and like I said I was reminded of the appointment multiple times throughout the week, but here it is, the day of the appointment and they can't call to let me know they are 3 to 4 hours behind.... a simple phone call would have sufficed. After I left I was a bit upset so I called to find out what was going on..... got a hold of someone in customer service and they told me they had no managers in the building on Saturday but she would have someone in service call me when they had time.... no call on Saturday. Here it is now Monday and I get a call from someone saying "hey you didn't show up to your appointment on Saturday, would you like to reschedule?" I missed that call, so I called back to talk to Bryce, the person that called me. Bryce was on lunch and she would call me back when she was done..... no call today.... 2 out of the 3 times I have had to deal with the service department I have been utterly disappointed. No communication, and little customer service skills.

Amazing Service - Love Toyota Bountiful

We were finally able to own a car without having to lease. It feels good knowing that after downsizing and paying off our debt (as Auggie suggested) that we would own a Toyota! They are wonderful cars and we've had outs for 60+ thousand miles and it still runs like new. Weston is wonderful and explained our finance options in a simple way - you can tell he really cares about making his customers safe and happy - his experience is a blessing to all ! Tyson speaks in real terms and doesn't sugar coat anything. All of the parties involved were friendly and worked together quickly to help us get home to our family (without having to spend most of the day as with other car dealerships). Fantastic service!

The Toyota dealership in Bountiful is great to work with! MarKo and Mackie were able to get me into a car despite all the barriers I had to deal with. I highly recommend working with them when getting a car! Melinda D.

Excellent!

I am not one who enjoys the car shopping experience but leaving Toyota Bountiful I felt satisfied with my service and confident I was taken care of. I was very happy my friend recommended us your go see Gerry. He has worked with him on multiple occasions and speaks highly of him. We had been searching for a vehicle for weeks! Thank you Gerry for all that you did for me! I LOVE MY TOYOTA 4RUNNER!!

Excellent Customer Service - and beautiful vehicles!

Coming from beautiful Honeyville, Utah, I stopped at Toyota Scion in Bountiful to look around. I met with Brad Kipp who I found to be honest, professional, thorough, and respectful. Brad showed me a variety of new and used vehicles. I purchased the car of my dreams – and saved thousands of dollars, too!! I then met with Scott Roper who was awesome at the financial end, and my entire purchase-experience was fast and easy. I drove home in the car of my dreams and am grateful to get FREE car washes as long as I own my vehicle!! Toyota Scion – you and your staff ROCK! I am now your loyal customer!

Repeat Customer

This is the second time I have purchased a car through Toyota Bountiful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They were extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. I have sent all my family to them and plan to continue that.
