Lithia Toyota of Billings

This is my second vehicle purchased from Toyota and it was an excellent experience both times.

I've always had great service from Toyota. I'm in and out of there in an hour just like they tell me & all are very professional. Not one complaint! I purchased a Venza in 2013 & love the car. Have had oil changes about every 3 months & have had great service.

Lithia Toyota of Billings always provides exceptional service. The staff are courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. I dont usually have to wait too long to get an appointment either.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived it was only minutes later that the service techs had my car in and the work begun. I waited at the dealership thinking it would probably take about an hour and was pleasantly surprised when my vehicle was ready less than 40 minutes later.

I have been taking my vehicles to Lithia Toyota in Billings since 2002, and my experiences with them have always been great! I loved my first Toyota, and the fact that I bought a second Toyota had as much to do with service department as it did with the Toyota brand.

I had an oil change scheduled via phone and somehow my appointment never made it in their system. Therefore showed up and everyone was puzzled. Luckily the walk-in gentleman was free and able to get me taken care of which I was very thankful for but I don’t understand how I can make an appointment over the phone with a gal and then it never make it to their system. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. I don’t recall their names but everyone was great.

Lithia Toyota is always very fast, friendly, helpful, and thorough.
