I was late getting back to pick up vehicle so never had the time to get educated on all the bells and whistles. Will try to figure out how they work and will ask the questions I have when we come back to Billings

The issues were handled timely and efficiently. The wait time was not lengthly. The waiting area was pleasant and the offer of a car wash from Don's car wash was a nice touch.

Easiest purchase ever
I found a vehicle online made one phone call and Norm took it from there. When I got to the dealership to pick up the vehicle it was shined up full of gas and ready to go. All the paperwork besides my signature was all in order. I will definitely do more business here.

Car wash please!
My Toyota care appointment was quick and a job well done. Only thing I am disappointed in is that they never washed my car for me. I always ask but it never gets done. I lease my vehicle and I think that this would be a nice service for customers. My mom always gets her complimentary car wash for her leased Toyota in Spokane. I think the Lithia in Billings needs to step up and do this for its customers.

Routine Maintenance 2016 4Runner
Lithia service continues to excel in customer service. I brought my 4Runner for routine service and asked the service department to perform a couple more maintenance items which they did in a very timely manner. Great job! 5 stars!

Regular service oil change
We have a 2015 Tundra that is used for business. We have a hard time keeping a scheduled service due to the nature of our business.Our truck might need to be used for business at a moments notice. Even though the shop was busy Jim was able to fit me in between appointments. Jim even went so far as to have it washed for us as well. Thanks for going the extra mile Jim!

Treated very well
They were awesome at giving me an estimated time of how long it would take for my vehicle to be fixed. I kept receiving updates about my car which was nice. They were fantastic at sticking within that time frame.

My new 4Runner-Barcelona Red Metallic TRD
I was shopping for a 4 Runner and was not yet sure what model and options I preferred. my salesperson, Kristen Paulsen, showed me 4 to 6 models sitting on the lot and we took my favorite for a drive. After contemplating all options I decided I must have the Barcelona Red Metallic TRD model. Kristen and her team went on a search and found my car before the weekend was over. Kristen kept in constant contact with me via texting which worked perfectly for us. The car was delivered within two weeks and on pick up day the purchase paperwork was completed without a hitch.
