Positive car buying experience

I’m not a big fan of buying cars but Lithia Toyota made my experience very easy. They were helpful in arriving at a fair price and were very attentive to me when I was at the dealership. Their are lots of options for buying cars today. I was satisfied and happy that I chose Lithia Toyota of Billings

Exceptional Service

I brought in a 2011 RAV for service and two minor recalls. The staff was very courteous and professional throughout. I checked in with the Service Manager and he kept me informed of progress. It was done in record time. I have always been pleased with and have great confidence in Lithia's work

Great service and customer appreciation

I have been going exclusively to the Lithia Toyota service department since I purchased my 2013 Toyota Avalon in 2014 and continue now with my 2017 Toyota Avalon. I especially appreciate the quality service from Jim Harmon in the Service Department, he always finds a way to get my car in for my routine oil changes and regular checkups, is thorough in going over needed service and explaining what the total cost will be,

Best service

The service department was exceptional. They took the time to look over my vehicle and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They fixed everything sameday. They were fast and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to take there vehicle there. They are fast, friendly and have reasonable rates.
