Vehicle Maintenance Review

Lithia Toyota of Billings was exceptional to work with when I went in to get my car serviced. The techs were friendly and helpful. My car interior was free of dirty fingerprints after service (I have often experienced this elsewhere!). Jim at the desk inside was also friendly as he explained to me what all was done to my car and how it checked out. As a team, they made my regular car maintenance less of a hassle!

Friendly, helpful staff

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and was told they were booked out for the week but if I could drop my car in the morning and leave all day they could probably get to it. They called an hour later to say my car was done! When I picked my car up, the guy remembered me from earlier that morning and got me checked out quickly. When I joked about how dirty my car was he even gave me a voucher for a free car wash!

Great Service!!!

I went in to get my oil change and thought I needed brakes too. But they called and let me know that my brakes were fine! Saved me money! Mack was great to deal with and kept me updated on my vehicle and the upcoming maintenance that I should look at doing. I will always take my car to Lithia!

No stress

Traveled from out of the state to test drive vehicles in Billings, ended up buying a car the same day. We showed up later in the day, to test drive a model that wasn’t available where we live and the staff stayed well past closing to ensure we were happy. Never felt rushed or pressured into purchased. Our salesman was friendly, informative, laid back and made the experience an enjoyable one. The financial department was amazing as well, they worked with us to get the best deal and to explain the options available . Left the dealership feeling stress free. Would recommend Lithia and its staff to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Roger Puckett

I had to get a new truck because they could not fix my 2016 tacoma, The the sales and service staff was very kind.Carl from sales was a big help. Jim from service is a man you need to take good care of men like him are hard to fine. I just hope my new truck does't give me problems. The crew that wash cars have to learn to do they job, they were told 2 times to wash the mud out of the wheels, I had to stop on MT. 3 and try to get harden mud out of my rear wheels, Hardly touched and here I'm almost 70 years old crawling around under the truck on the side of the road. I have brought Toyota Cars and Trucks for 40 years. I hope things go well in the years to come so we can continue. Thanks Roger Puckett
