I was early for my oil change they put me right in NICE!

Overpriced tune-up

Service department was great! Price was horrible. I was originally quoted $225 for a tune-up, which beat out the local competition for a tune-up. When I picked up the car, I was billed $450!!!!! What a rip off! I have heard othe r people complain about this.

Good Experience-Second purchase from Lithia

We have purchased 2 vehicles now from Lithia (Norman) and had a positive experience both times. We are from Sheridan, Wy and the Sheridan Toyota dealership just doesn't want our business. We highly recommend Lithia.

Great customer service!!!

I was greeted warmly as soon as I pulled up. Felt like I was listened to. My service was done in a timely manner and Mack was great going over things with me. Highly recommend!

Thane went out of his way at to make my oil change great! He reminded me to use my coupon for nice wiper blades for only $2.00 a pair.

Outstanding Buying Experience

We came into Lithia Toyota Billings with an idea of what we wanted and a price range we needed to work within. Our salesperson, Tristen Tillerson, helped us through the entire process and stayed late to ensure he was with us throughout the entire process of getting a new Tundra and a new Camry. Sarah in the finance office was terrific to work with and made the paper signing process a breeze. We truly couldn't be happier with our buying experience at Lithia Toyota Billings.
