I was treated with respect and reasonable answers
I stopped to look at trucks and ended up selling my automobile and my 4 Runner to purchase a 2018 Tundra. The sales person got the dealership to buy my extra vehicle to make the deal. Chawn & Trystan ended staying until 9:30 PM to complete the purchase

Excellent Service!
Excellent service from the time I scheduled my appointment until I picked up my vehicle at the service department. The entire service staff was very helpful and nice. I was given a loaner for the day and it was almost a brand new pickup. The service staff took the time out to help me sync my contacts to my vehicle. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. 2015 Toyota RAV4

2913 Highlander @ 100,000 miles
At around 85,000 miles had ripped off part of plastic under shield in ice bank so took it to the dealer to change oil and take a look. They were quick, and gave me a concise explanation of that problem and my options. Asked about suspension wear in a vehicle of that age, i.e. if it needed replacement or how to tell if it did. One of the struts weeping a little and their inspection caught it, will keep an eye on it. In the old days we had to replace suspension components and there was a way to tell if they needed it. Thought I may have stumped the young guy on that question but I think I am outdated and maybe that is no longer an issue ? Overall, they have been very good and detailed what needed to be done when the vehicle gets to 100K. It is indeed a sweet ride and plan to get another 100K. They said I could.

2015 Toyota RAV4
I brought my 2015 Toyota RAV4 in because I was having a problem getting an AM radio station. I had only had the car a few days. It turned out that it was only operator error on my part. Thane Lange was very helpful in showing me how everything operated and even hooked up my cell phone to the Bluetooth on the car. (That is just the neatest thing I ever saw!) He never made me feel dumb about not knowing how to work the radio. It is way different from the 2005 model that has been my last car for quite a while. Thank you so much for all your help!

The service was excellent. As soon as I got there, they took my car in right away. I usually expect to wait about and hour but thanks to having an appointment I was there maybe 30min.
