Toyota Highlander
Sat in all of the mid size SUV's and the Highlander felt the best of all of them. Rick Nickels was the first salesman to help me and I liked his approach and personality. I came back the next day and looked at all of the colors and then settled on the one that I ended up purchasing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning. I even lost my wedding ring while I was there and he went the extra mile and dumped out the bathroom garbage and there it was.

Amazing customer service all the way around!!!
I have delt with Don Speck for almost 6 years. He knows his vehicles and is top notch with his knowledge! My buying experience with Don has been incredibly easy and quick! He knows my husband and myself by name when we come in to the dealership. Don treats us with the upmost respect. I have personally worked at a dealership myself and Don treats you like a human and not just a number. He truly cares and listens to you and what your looking for in a vehicle. Please give that man a raise!!

Very knowledgeable technician
I left my Tundra overnight so they could do a test run in the morning. I have been experiencing a vibration in the front end but it seems to disappear after about 1/2 a mile on the road. I spoke to Carlos who was the technician who drove the truck the following morning. He was not able to detect the vibration I have been hearing. We did have a conversation and I described what I was hearing and he told me he has experienced that kind of vibration before. Without tearing the front end apart at my expense, he was able to give me a very good idea of what the cause is how to go about getting it repaired. I was very appreciative of the knowledge he had and advice he was able to give.

A good experience overall
Staff was very respectful and helpful during intense negotiations. We ended up with a good price after a long day of back and forth. We are very happy with the car so far.

A great purchase experience
After first researching what my family wanted in a vehicle we looked at the website and found there was one matching vehicle. Oil change In and out faster than before🙂
Fast and efficient- oil change and checked the tires- a nail in one of the tires Fixed it and was not sitting for a long time to get that done😊
