Every employee at Lithia is helpful, polite and friendly! I live in Cody, so the Lithia location is not the most convenient, however the drive is completely worth the positive service experience!

The fairest and most personal dealership ever
Jim Harmon, Service Manager, was exceptional in his generous service response to our newly purchased used RAV4 that failed. He gave us the full purchase price towards a new purchase or lease. I felt well taken care of and treated very fairly by Harmon and all personnel at Lithia Toyota Billings. Other dealerships would not have been so accommodating. Service was nothing short of exceptional. These guys are training and operating above standard, and that level of progressive and excellent service should be rewarded.

I have never had a bad experience with anyone at this dealership, they are always pleasant to work with. They always keep you informed on what needs to be done on your vehicle and suggest when the work should be done. Best Toyota dealership I have ever dealt with.

Damaging mine and my wife’s vehicles!
My wife and I both have 2018 model Toyotas purchased through Lithia. Within one week, we both visited their service center for oil changes and both of our vehicles left their service and “inspection” areas with red dings on our driver doors from their red lifts that they use. Management needs to look into this and monitor their technicians and their care for customer’s vehicles. I would think that after spending over $90,000 in vehicles there, they would take better care of their customers. Sales and finance departments have been great to work with though.

Good experience
Had a good experience with Lithia Toyota. We got a rock chip in the windshield on the test drive and they promised to take care of it for us. Chawn was a friendly, attentive and helpful sales associate and made the process easy. We forgot our checkbook at home so we could only put some money down on a credit card, but the manager let us bring in the check for the rest of the balance the next day. We would definitely deal with them again.

Service our Prius
We had our car serviced. We needed a ride to a location while they were servicing our car and Mike Duffy and Patrick O'Neil got us transportation immediately. Tyler who gave us a ride was so polite and so friendly and he made it a great experience for us.
