We drove up from Rapid City to buy a new Toyota after the folks in rapid city treated us terribly. Norm (salesman) was great to work with, he was very knowlegable and friendly. He answered all of my questions promptly via txt message which was great with my busy life! When we showed up at the dealership (after a 6 hour drive with 4 extremely restless kids) he met us at the door and did everthing he could to help us including making the kids popcorn and finding them some toys to play with so we could talk business. I feel like we got a great deal on our new Toyota and the finance guy (Thevon) was very thorough with the loan and warranty information. We walked out of there feeling confident in our purchase!
