Great Service from the team!

Thank you to the team at Lithia Toyota of Billings. I worked with Kristin for several weeks and finally had the time to come in a visit with her. I knew I wanted an SUV and had my eyes on a 4 Runner, after seeing the payments I was hesitant but Kristin suggested the Rav 4 and we test drove it Not only did the payments work better for my budget the process was pretty quick and painless. Being a General Manager myself in the hospitality industry I understand great customer service and they certainly delivered.

Great answers, nice stress-free buying experience!

This was my very first time buying a car from a dealership, and only my second time buying a car ever so I had a LOT of questions for Lithia! I had researched online beforehand and knew generally what I wanted when I emailed Kristen P, a saleswoman. She had all the answers for me and eased my anxieties about buying a new car. She helped me to find the perfect fit for my tiny budget and growing family. She worked so hard to get me approved for a loan and worked with me on down payments and financing so well! She made my dream car become a reality! Jhevon was the man with the paperwork and he helped to fill in the forms quickly while still explaining what they all meant and answering my questions. He took time in finding me the right insurance for our car and budget. Both Kristen and Jhevon were so nice in helping me keep my 13 month old happy the entire time! I am going to Lithia for all of my vehicle needs! They have earned a costumer for life from me, I highly recommend buying your next car from Lithia Toyota!

Fun and friendly

Sales person came over and gave my 2 years daughter a stuffed animal. It made her visit there fun which already great for everyone. We were both very comfortable.

Truly Amazing

I was not expecting the experience I had with Lithia. I had never bought a new car before, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. I knew I wanted AWD but that was it. Norm was amazing about giving me all the information I needed without being pushy or takib advantage of my lack of knowledge. He answered all my questions and genuinely wanted me to understand the terms of my lease and what kind of car I was getting. I am still so impressed and blown away by the deal I got. Most importantly, he sat down and took the time to explain everything inside the car and the lease process. I really am so happy I went through Lithia.

they work fast

had a fog lite checked and replace. I'm surprised it burnt out that fast ; oh well. Happy you didn't have to order parts; and took care of it right away. During oil change visit!

Very smooth experience

Kristen Paulsen was absolutely wonderful to work with. The process was smooth, easy, and she treated me with respect. I was looking for a TRD Pro 4Runner, and she promptly got back to me when one was being shipped to the dealer. She was also great at communicating when the vehicle was shipped. Thank you!

A Enjoyable experience

Norm Everett, Patrick O'Neil and Robert Muir all provided helpful and quality assistance in selling us a new $Runner. Norm no pressure, non-threatening approach in selling was very much appreciated. He listening skills made the process easier. When the 4 Runner that we wanted was not on the lot, he had Patrick assist in finding one. As always. Robert set up a future appointment for added accessory. Overall a great experience.
