Review of Billings Toyota Lythia
A big benefit to buying a vehicle from Toyota Lythia of Billings is that you get free oil changes for life. That's a big benefit that adds up. They were very kind and inspected my truck on top of the oil change in a decent amount of time. They offer free beverages and have a tv that you can watch to pass the time. They'll also drive you somewhere if you need it so you don't have to wait for your vehicle to be done. Very nice company and I highly recommend it.

Overall Experience
Very courteous greeting, Escorted us to your comfortable waiting area with TV, coffee and even popcorn. My fiancee especially loved the pine tree setting. The work was performed in a timely manner. The service manager explained all work performed and welcomed our questions. Best service I've received anywhere! Thank you!

Fast and efficient
James was awesome! No bull kinda guy. We appreciate him and all he did for us. Don recommended a great guy to help us! Tristan even though sick, was also very helpful and friendly.

Truly exceptional service
Norm was the very best. Thanks Norm for even picking us up at the airport and saving our winter coats norm was super responsive to every text day and night and on the weekends and he worked hard to get me the right color and to clean off the snow in freezing temperatures to take a picture for me
