always helpful fit u in schedule even in short notice

DON SPECK has sold us several vans and truck over past few years no hassle sales goes to bat with manager we always get our price we feel fair trade ins best price around highly recommend there service dept get great speedy service I bring the crew breakfast burritos on occasion greeting them with a smile could help I read other whiners a smile and a THANK YOU is all they may need also to start with Clayton Greer

Fantastic Service, Treated Like Family

I really appreciate being recognized and treated like I'm important to the dealership. Robert is always friendly and helpful. He's taken time to understand what I want done and anticipates when I need to have work done to keep my Venza humming (170,000 miles so far!) Comfortable waiting area and a shuttle if you need one. I've thought about other vehicles, but the service at Lithia makes both my wife loyal to Toyota.

Awesome

I made my appointment online and received a phone call the next day confirming my appointment. I was greeted by the friendly service department and was able to watch one of my favorite television shows while I waited. My appointment didnt take as long as the service department told me it would and I was able to take my car home knowing that I had received quality service. I would highly recommend Lithia Toyota for anyone interested in purchasing or having any repair work done.

Great experience

This dealership met our needs 100%. When we finally decided on the year, the color and the features. The salesman went full steam ahead to get the truck we wanted. This dealership found the exact truck for the exact price we wanted to pay. The salesman was polite and respectful without pressure!. A great truck buying experience and recommend this dealership without any hesitation.

Chawn continued to help me with my pick-up days after my purchase. I will be having heated seats added with his and the dealerships help. They will be providing me with a rental car while having the work done. Above and beyond other dealerships.
