The wife took her Prius in for oil change. I met her there and I had received a coupon for a really good buy on wiper blades for my Tundra. They installed the new blades without an appointment. Greatly appreciated this.

35,000 mi checkup
Lithia Toyota dealership usually has service openings at convenient times, including Saturdays. They seem to do a thorough checkup for common problems. Their service area and waiting room are clean. We continue to take our vehicles there for service.

My new 2018 Rav4
Unsure of my next steps of the leasing process, I came in a few Saturdays ago, met with Jake (who had previously leased me my last Rav) and had a wonderful experience. His experience with Toyota has increased his knowledge and I was comforted in knowing I will be satisfied with this lease as well. Thank you, Jake (who also has a great sense of humor) for all your help as well as able to answer (or have answered) any questions I had regarding my new lease!

Outstanding Service, Always
I have my vehicles serviced at this dealership. I just purchased another vehicle and where I would have it serviced played a part in the vehicle I selected. After the purchase I called for an appointment to have a 100% check up on my newly purchased used vehicle. Robert Muir, at the Service Desk, gave me an appointment and discussed my new purchase with me. Knowing my vehicle would be as well taken care of as my other made my vehicle selection much easier when I decided to make a purchase. My vehicles have never been serviced anywhere else except twice and that was at the original dealership where I first purchased it my first one.
