It was great working with Brittany and James. The vehicle I was looking for was not in stock, so Brittany found it else where and was able to get it delivered quickly. James took me out of my test drive and showed me all the cool features of the Highlander which made me decide to go with the Highlander instead of the Chevy Traverse. The general sales manager was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel like he wanted our service even after we've had a misunderstanding about a car we were wanting and coming to buy. We have been looking for a car and dealing with another dealership and they just didn't feel like they wanted us to walk away with a vehicle, when we met Carl Stokes, he made us feel like her really wanted us to leave with a car.

In an emergency situation, we decided to buy a new vehicle instead of waiting for a new engine! Jeff Cavazos, assistant service manager, was especially helpful and competent. His good judgment, attention, and persuasive efforts with the insurance company all helped us reach a good outcome. Also the top mechanic was able to diagnose the problem that was not even picked up by the computer checks and could have left us stranded in Eastern Montana. Norm Everett was extremely helpful in expediting our purchase of a 2017 Camry and getting us on our way home to Wisconsin. P.S.
