Toyota Highlander?

It was great working with Brittany and James. The vehicle I was looking for was not in stock, so Brittany found it else where and was able to get it delivered quickly. James took me out of my test drive and showed me all the cool features of the Highlander which made me decide to go with the Highlander instead of the Chevy Traverse. Out of all the dealerships I dealt with while shopping for my new car, Brittany and James made sure that I had the best experience at Lithia Toyota!

Very positive experience

Made it up to us when there was a misunderstanding

The general sales manager was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel like he wanted our service even after we've had a misunderstanding about a car we were wanting and coming to buy. He explained how sorry he was about it and we would definitely keep looking for a vehicle there on their lot.

We purchased a Toyota RAV4 we absolutely love our 2016

We have been looking for a car and dealing with another dealership and they just didn't feel like they wanted us to walk away with a vehicle, when we met Carl Stokes, he made us feel like her really wanted us to leave with a car.

Exceptional customer service!

In an emergency situation, we decided to buy a new vehicle instead of waiting for a new engine! Jeff Cavazos, assistant service manager, was especially helpful and competent. His good judgment, attention, and persuasive efforts with the insurance company all helped us reach a good outcome. Also the top mechanic was able to diagnose the problem that was not even picked up by the computer checks and could have left us stranded in Eastern Montana. Norm Everett was extremely helpful in expediting our purchase of a 2017 Camry and getting us on our way home to Wisconsin. P.S. We read the "Terms of Use" below and do NOT agree with all of the legalese, but had to check the box in order to submit the review.
