We thought Ms Jackson was excellent during our experience

We thought Ms Jackson was excellent during our experience in purchasing the 2024 BMW X1, the car we were interested in and the reason why we came to BMW of Silver Spring. Ms Jackson was polite and very professional. Ms. Jackson was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. Ms. Jackson was not pushy at all, something we REALLY appreciate. Ms. Jackson kept the volume of our conversations to a respectable level, without out others hearing it, another major plus. It was an overall wonderful experience, which led to us purchasing the car.

Excellent and very professional. I called to inquire about a 2107 BMW 750i, sales dude was great. I went rhe next day, met with Miguel and he made sure the process was smooth and pressure-free. I will definitely return to buy again!
