In all my years buying cars, particularly BMWs, I can genuinely say that I’ve never had a better, more enjoyable, or more honest car-buying experience than I did working with David Strassman. From the moment we started talking, I could tell David wasn’t your average salesman. He’s humble, straightforward, incredibly knowledgeable, and above all, genuinely passionate about cars. No pushy tactics, no fluff — just a real conversation with someone who actually cares about matching you with the right vehicle. David made the process feel effortless. He listened, he respected my time, and he treated me like a fellow enthusiast rather than just another sale. It’s rare to come across someone in this business who operates with such integrity and authenticity. And the experience didn’t end there — Naiem, the finance manager, was equally phenomenal. No nonsense, no games — just clear, honest numbers and a fast, respectful process. He made the paperwork part (which is usually the worst) feel quick and painless. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had — and I’ve had a lot. I just purchased a new 430 convertible from Kyle last

I just purchased a new 430 convertible from Kyle last weekend. I drove 1.5 hours from Leesburg because Kyle Greene was so great to work with over the phone in the discussions leading up to my visit. He was very open with financing numbers, patient and made the entire end to end experience so painless and great. He said if I would make the trip to take a look at the vehicle I was interested in, he would make it worth my while and he did! All in all just a great experience.

The XM Label marks my sixth BMW, with four of those six

The XM Label marks my sixth BMW, with four of those six cars purchased from BMW of Silver Spring. This is also the second vehicle I’ve bought from Desirea, who is incredibly welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she always knows exactly who to consult to get the information I need. Overall I’ll give Desirea 10/10 Over the past 15 years, I’ve visited numerous BMW dealerships, but none have matched the exceptional customer service provided by BMW of Silver Spring. Also, my service advisor, Brandi, is truly exceptional.
