We appreciated the professionalism and Karen Herbert's superior knowledge of the BMW brand. She made the experience that much more exciting and we would recommend friends & family to do business with her. We loved how comfortable she made us and the extensive time she spent explaining things to us.....and it didn't hurt that she was a diehard Ravens fan like us!! Lol

This was my husband and I recently leased a BMW X1 and this was our second leased vehicle with Karen Herbert as our sales person. Both times we've enjoyed working with Karen and her team and highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring. We did all of negotiations via phone and email due to COVID 19 and the dealership was very accommodating when we arrived to signed the lease documents. No long wait times, we were in and out.

This is the second BMW we've leased from Karen Herbert and both times we had a pleasant experience. My husband hates shopping for cars when our lease is due to expire so it's not pretty watching him negotiate. However, we didn't feel like we were taken for a ride. Ron and Brandi were great!..We basically did everything we could do over the phone. He fought for me and got me good deal on my trade which was a BMW that needed over 4k worth of work. They got the car I wanted brought over from another BMW dealership. No tricks, no upcharging.

I just leased a new 2020 BMW X1 from BMW of Silver Spring. I had a great experience. Because of the Covid-19 quarantine, I had to do most of the deal on the phone and through email. Having dealt with Karen Herbert before, I asked for her again and again, she came through. Pricing was very aggressive, clear cut and the vehicle I wanted was in their inventory. We agreed to terms and arranged to pick up the car on a Saturday. Everything was in order, the paperwork went smoothly and the lease turn in on my old X1 went well. We were finished within 90 minutes and on our way home in the new car. I'd highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring; very competitive, customer focused and willing to go to any length to earn your business. Kudos to Karen and Michael Bolger for their consideration and help getting everything done.

I found a car online that I was interested in. After sending a message to the dealership, I was contacted within the hour by Eric Lovo. He was polite, knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling. I met him the next day for an X6 test drive. Although I decided not to purchase, Eric contacted me the next day to ensure that all of my questions were answered. If things change I’ll definitely go back to Eric.

First time experience with this dealership and out of the 2 other BMW dealers I've done business with in this area this is easily the top. I came in with a pretty rigid budget and already approved for finance with my credit union. I met Mr. Askew (who called me the day prior to schedule an appointment) who was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, communicative, understanding and most importantly a GREAT listener who was non-pushy or rushing despite having additional clients. It says something about the advisor and moreover about the Dealership as a whole - to have a good experience from sales to finance; one that was seamless too. Definitely, won't be my last time coming back (but for good reasons).
