Very knowledgeable and most friendly salesperson Mr. Dave Strassman who spend a lot of time in helping to select me a car of my dream. It is my second lease from Dave and his enthusiasm and knowledge of the vehicle as well as financial side of the lease are the best I ever encountered. Purchased my first BMW with Tae years ago. Best service I’ve experienced at a dealership. Now that I’m shopping around for a new BMW, I’m realizing how easy it was to work with Tae and wish I could take him with me to other dealerships. (Reason I’m not shopping at BMW Silver Spring is because they do not have the vehicle I want in stock).

Eric Lovo was my client advisor and he was amazing! He asked me detailed questions to understand my needs and my desires when looking for my car. He also took the time to send me multiple links of cars he thought would suit me and never rushed me with my decision making. I'm not much of a phone talker so he and I texted a lot until I actually came in to see him. He only needed to show me 2 cars in person before I fell in love and never rushed me into making my purchase. He made sure I was informed on everything about the car and the previous owner and also educated me on the car buying experience as it was my first time. He rode with me during my test drive which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. I'm very happy with my purchase and even more happy with Eric's help. He's also done a good job following up with me and has encouraged me to stop by the dealership anytime to go over my car's features or any questions that I may have. I appreciate his help mainly because he didn't treat it as just a sale but as a life changing/impacting decision for the client so he was very careful and super patient with me as well. He didn't harass me with multiple calls or emails but made sure to check in via text and encouraged me to come in to see all of the cars they had. It's funny because I ended up getting a car that I never thought i'd be interested in and I love it! All thanks to him! This is the first car that I've bought and I will be sending all of my friends and relatives over to meet with him for assistance with their future purchases. Thanks so much Eric!!

This review is about my second purchase of a new BMW within 14 month. While the first purchase was problem free it did not stand out as much as my most current buying experience, which was extraordinarily satisfying, especially in light of the fact that it had to happen during the time of 'social distancing' . From my initial contact this time around I dealt with Eric Lovo and we worked out the entire transaction by email within a few days - Eric was excellent in responding with all the relevant information very quickly. When it came to the actual pick up of the new car, Eric managed the formalities efficient and quick and so did Julia Plummer in Finance who also impressed me with her knowledge and professionalism.
