Bought a used BMW from Gen. He was easygoing and didn’t apply any absurd pressure - just checked in once a day while we were researching. The finance office was a bit over the top but that’s their job. Gen even brought the car out to my house, which I appreciated because we have a newborn and we didn’t want a lot of exposure outside the house due to COVID. 10/10 for Gen. (there is no option to say I worked with Gen but if there was, I’d choose him)

My sister drove a BMW X1 and it was a good car. I became interest in X3. I found a good used X3 and contacted BMW of Silver Spring. Gen Awanohara at sales contacted me and sent information packages such as photos, BMW certified used car inspection in advance before my test drive.
