Great service from Kevin Pitamber, Ian and Joe Diss
I really appreciate the terrific work Kevin Pitamber and shop foreman Ian have done for me. On the most recent occasion, Kevin quickly took care of a nagging issue without charge. Ian has been persistent and thorough in figuring out the cause of and then fixing problems. The service manager, Joe Diss, is also a pleasure to deal with. It’s not fun to have to take your car in for service, but they make it as pleasant and pain free as possible.

My wife and I went up to BMW of Silver Spring today to check out a specific vehicle (2018 X2) and got to work with Scott Sohn for our first ever BMW purchase. This visit to BMW of Silver Spring and working with Scott was the first and will most likely not be the last.
