Excellent experience, highly recommend

I recently bought a BMW X3 from Andy Alexis Sr. at the BMW of Silver Spring dealership. I was very impressed by the no-pressure environment and fair price negotiations. Andy gave me the reasonable price I was looking for and did so without hassle. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had, and I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience, highly recommend

Excellent experience. No hassle. Was provided with exactly what I asked. Just came and ask for two used cars. Everything was shown in minutes and tested a car.

Best Car Buying experience EVER!!!

My entire experience with the staff at BMW of Silver Spring was nothing short of extraordinary! Since I was stationed overseas during the beginning stages of car buying experience my situation was some what complicated, but they were absolutely amazing in meetings my needs and surpassing my expectations. They took care of everything for me from building the car just the way I wanted to even picking me up from the airport everything was seamless. They made sure that the actual paperwork portion was process was quick but very thorough and that before I left the dealership I was familiar with my new BMW so that my driving experience could be the nothing short of perfect. They even called me the next day to ensure I had made it home alright and to see if I had any questions regarding the functionality of my new X3, making me feel truly part of their family! I will definitely be coming back to them for my car buying needs and highly recommending them to everyone!

New X3 purchase

I visited the BMW Silver Spring dealership to shop for a mid size SUV after looked cars at Lexus and Porsche dealers. The X3 M40i suits me better in size, value and performance. Desirea Jackson is very helpful to assist me to get the right options of the car. She is very knowledgeable, patient to explain all my questions. She is friendly and never try to push for a sale. The experience was easy and pleasant. If I will ever want to buy another Bimmer, I would like to talk to Desirea again.

This was the 5th dealer I visited for this car 14’ c300...

This was the 5th dealer I visited for this car 14’ c300 sport 4matic, negotiated a fair price free 1year warranty was a plus, even repainted the rear bumper due to paint chips, I’m 23 and this is my 4th car purchase, by far best experience from any dealer

I bought a 2016 bmw 3 series and it’s great

From the very beginning I had zero problems. Lonnie Overby phoned me and we set a appointment. He guided me though all the car features and was very knowledgeable. Very nice guy as well!!! Thanks bmw if silver spring and Lonnie and tim from finance was very easy to work with never pushie great great team
