I had a great experience working with Lonnie at BMW of Silver Spring to buy my new X3. Lonnie was extremely helpful and patient in explaining all of the options so I could configure things just right when ordering my car. He made sure I was able to take advantage of all available incentives with the purchase. He kept me informed about the production status and facilitated our setting up the trip to South Carolina since we wanted to pick up the car.
