Mr. Askew was extremely helpful and attentive when I came in to buy a car. He assisted in both the purchase of a new car and trade-in. I would recommend this dealership and sales person to friends and family.

Another great experience

Third round of leasing with the dealership and the second with Andy. Always a fair negotiation and Andy has been very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Awesome Customer Service

I was helped by the Eric and Allen. Eric went above and beyond with my purchase. He was really organized with pretty much everything. From getting the cars that I was interested pulled to the front to all the paper work. The staff here is very helpful and kind.

The customer service here was absolutely incredible....

The customer service here was absolutely incredible. Everyone was very kind, respectful, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everyone worked quickly and efficiently to give me the best dealership experience I've ever had- certainly leagues better than other places I went to in my search. For a BMW dealership, they handled me and the Jeep I was purchasing better than three Jeep dealerships I went to. I can't talk highly enough about these folks - especially Mr. Eric Lovo! This guy really knows his stuff. He was friendly, helpful, and all around amazing to work with. I'm super grateful that he helped me out and had me well taken care of!

Best vehicle purchase experience so far

We purchased CPO 2016 BMW i328 xDrive from BMW of Silver Spring. Car and price is great. My salesperson was David Davila. I can say that this was best car purchase experience I ever had. Absolutely no pressure. The purchase was held in an easy and relaxed atmosphere. I really appreciate how David patiently answered all the stupid questions and clearly explained the unfamiliar functionality of the car for us. Allen Kim helped us a lot with all financial matters and made the financial side of the deal very easy. We were also touched by the warm welcome of sales manager Michael Bolgar, an absolutely friendly person. Will return here for the next vehicle .
