Been a customer of this dealership for over 20 years. Sales and service first rate. Always a great experience. Recently remodeled showroom and service check in very nicely done. Eric Lovo is my go to person in sales. He is patient and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to get you into the right vehicle at a fair price. Amit Thanki is the BMW Genius I recommend. He really is an expert on all vehicle features and was able to fix a very recent problem I was having getting an operating system upgrade to load and work correctly. It was a tricky issue and he got it to work when I could not. Very grateful to him for that.
