If you deal with BMW of SS I highly recommend you deal only with Scott Sohn. I had a wonderful buying experience with this guy. He is calm, highly informed about the product, never pressuring and aways wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with the deal. Since I pre-ordered the vehicle of my choice the wait period from order to delivery was about 10 weeks. During that time he was aways available and attentive to my requests and changes. Even though the deal was done, Scott still took the time to answer my calls and texts. In this day I am so surprised to find someone who truly follows through with their promises. Thank you Scott!

Provided outstanding service during a recent purchase of a BMW X5. Went out of his way, ensured everything was prepared properly, and made my wife and my experience truly one of the best ever. We really appreciate his going the extra mile. I give him 5+ stars. :) Secondly, on the day we picked the car up, Amit spent 3 hours going over the vehicle to ensure we fully understood the vehicle. My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. It took my 3 days to get my car. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person.

I really enjoyed my experience getting a new car from BMW Silver Spring. Our Salesperson Scott Sohn was extremely nice and thoughtful and helpful. He really took all of our concerns into account and for that reason, we drove away with a new car from our first visit.

Alexander Duarte (service advisor), Amit Thanki (product specialist), Christian Perry (client advisor) all provided excellent help and made me feel like family. Mr. Perry even came to my home and programmed the garage door opener. I definitely recommend this dealership!
