I really enjoyed my experience getting a new car from BMW

I really enjoyed my experience getting a new car from BMW Silver Spring. Our Salesperson Scott Sohn was really nice ,extremely thoughtful and helpful. He really took all of our concerns into account and for that reason, we drove away with a new car from our first visit.

I would put 6 stars if I could!

I would put 6 stars if I could! I recently purchased a CPO 2021 BMW X3M40i from Silver Spring BMW. Ron Askew was the salesman who helped me, and he made the entire process seamless, hassle-free, and enjoyable. His attention to detail, positive and friendly attitude, and full disclosure of all information about the vehicle made me highly confident in my purchase. At no point did he rush me or put any pressure on me to make a decision — he made me feel very comfortable by giving me as much time as I needed to thoroughly touch, feel, and test drive the vehicle. Aside from the car I purchased, the dealership overall had a very impressive selection of both new and used BMWs, ranging across the entire price spectrum. The service and financing staff (shoutout Steve!) were very knowledgeable and friendly too. 11/10, I would definitely do business here again! Thanks again Ron and team. Loving the car!

I was very satisfied with sales representative Dawit’s

I was very satisfied with sales representative Dawit’s dealings with me. He was very responsive to all my inquiries and very active in helping me to solve issues. Really a great guy to work with. My only mini complaint about the dealership is that the charging equipment that was provided to me with the car did not function well. It took nearly two weeks to replace the charger and then in addition to this, it turned out that the adapter cable was also not suitable for this car so we had to replace that too. I am happy that the dealer took care of this eventually but still, these things should have been checked thoroughly before handing the car to the customer. But other than that, my experience with Silver Spring dealer was well. I should add that they fixed a small dent on the driver’s door for free that missed my eye when I leased the car so I am grateful for that as well.

Kyle Greene was fantastic from the very start.

Kyle Greene was fantastic from the very start. I submitted a build online, and when he contacted me, he had all the details ready to go. Ordering the car was simple, and the buying process was as well. He's also been very helpful after the purchase with the car's extensive new tech.

My experience at the dealership was graceful and exceptional. From the moment I entered the building, Eric immediately approached me and asked what I was looking for in terms of my car preferences. He listened to my needs and provided me with different options for vehicles that were available on the lot. As soon as I got into the X3, I fell in love with the car. If you're in the market for a luxury car I would definitely recommend BMW of Silver Spring. As a long-time Mercedes client, I was skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from BMW. I must say, this dealership exceeded my expectations. Ron Askew was my sales associate and he was a gift from God. He was so patient and well-informed regarding inventory. Initially, I was not even sure what I was looking for exactly, but I told him my needs, and he matched me with the perfect fit.
