This is the 4th car I've leased there. Karen Herbert was my go-to person. She found my car and at a lower cost than expected.

Karen did an awesome job of assisting in selecting my first BMW. She was very caring and thorough. Best experience I have had with a car salesman.

I start off by saying that Karen has great patients and has a great knowledge on her BMW. One thing I seen about Karen is that she knew I was not so familiar with BMW and I didn’t knew what I really want but she made me understand a whole lot about the car but she very nice and can tell you about everything and she try’s her best to give you a good deal and try to understand how much you are looking to spent one thing about here also is she is a person you can truste I believe she is one of the best sells person I ever met and Allen is a good men also I felt very welcome when I came in to his office and he got great knowledge on his things

He gave all the time I needed and was very patient answering all my questions. With Max's help, we recently bought an BMW X5 here. From initial inquiry to car pickup, our entire experience was pleasant and wonderful. Max offered superb service from the beginning to the end. He is very knowledgeable, intelligent, patient, efficient, and masterful in details. Max guided us through the otherwise tedious process with easy, helped option selection with clear explanation but without pressure, responded quickly in our communications, and demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout. We all know car shopping can be headache and stressful, but with Max, our experience is complete opposite, relaxed and enjoyable. Also the facility is well run and impeccable. Definitely will recommend Max and the BMW Silver Spring to our families and friends. If anything, I would recommend the Finance department provides their very long list of additional options to customers prior to the final payment so that customers have time to study their cost and benefits. We chose to reject them all not because they are not useful; but because we didn't like to rush decision under sales pressure.

Since the first phone call till to the purchase of the car I have experienced professionalism, quality and knowledge as well as smily and friendly service. Lonnie Overby explained and helped me everything about the car that I was thinking to buy. He fullfilled every info that I needed without hiding anything starting from the test drive and even after the purchase. I have noticed that this is his behavior because he was same to the other customers as well. Honest and professional person. I was thinking to buy the car cash but they proposed me a loan which was good and I took it. Actually I was there to make a test drive only but in 2 hours I left the place with my new car. Thanks to Allen (Financial director) for his helps as much as the general information that he provided me about financing. At this place all the staff is well trained, friendly and professional.
