Exceptional service at the silver spring location every visit. Employees are always professional and pleasant. Karen Herbert is by far the best car sales person than I know. Karen makes car shop a pleasurable experience!

We were very pleased with level of attention and support we received from the staff at BMW of Silver Spring, MD and their willingness to work out a deal that would be fair to both parties. We traveled over 3 hours from Pennsylvania just to see a vehicle that we saw online and ended-up purchasing. We can't say enough to accurately express the care and attention we receive form our sales consultant Ron Askew and financial consultant Andrew Lippincott. Ron went out of his way to make sure we didn't have to drive home without reaching a deal. Andrew was willing to negotiate on the trade-in value we received which we appreciated greatly.

Ron Askew was very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed meeting and talking with him. Very personable. We were very appreciative that he returned my calls promptly and sent the pictures of the car we wanted. Thank you Ron!

We were shopping for a small SUV and test drove the X1. Scott Sohn was our sales representative through the Costco car buying service and he was excellent. We were not really sure whether the X1 was the right vehicle for us and Scott worked with us to make sure all our concerns were addressed. There was no pressure at any time and I would recommend Scott whole heartedly.
