I can’t say how truly happy and excited I am that I went through Andy A. at BMW of Silver Spring, MD for my purchase. I’m not usually the one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to advise everyone that this is the guy you should seek. From beginning to the end, the transaction was smooth and clean-cut and that’s what I like. No hidden scams, no hidden agendas. Also, I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee off the BMW lot, and I received the same care and service as if I were purchasing a BMW. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, very clean, and knowledgeable staff. So, even if you’re not in the market for a BMW, check out their other used vehicles to ensure you’re getting top level service and worry-free pricing. You simply will not be disappointed with having Andy Alexis as your BMW sales advisor. He always a step a ahead of and thinking about your current and future needs. For this reason I simply keep returning to Silver Spring to purchase my vehicles. Great listener and will not sell a vehicle that does not suit you to make a sale. He simply does not fit the theme of a car salesperson. You want a person that has your best interest at heart and someone’s opinion on BMW’s you can trust.

I found a vehicle online and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. The assigned sales person, Andy Alexis, Sr was great! He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. Searching for over 6 months, looking for the perfect vehicle, I finally found it here at BMW of Silver Springs. Everything was perfect! The price, mileage, car fax and to top it all off, the customer service! Although I live approximately 7 hours away, each encounter made me feel as though I was right there in the office.
