Great service brought me back

Kevin Pitamber was extremely thorough, helpful and transparent. I have purchased 2 vehicles from BMW Silver Spring over the span of 3yrs and really felt dissatisfied with the treatment I received from the service reps after spending quite a bit on purchases and basic service. I had consecutive bad experiences with the service dept since my last rep left and decided to take my business about 30mins away to a different dealership which was frustrating because this dealer is 10mins from my home. I had some last min travel pop up on my calendar and needed to quickly get my car taken care of while I was away for a week. Kevin was a breath of fresh air. My experience with him single handedly brought me back to this location. He is a real professional with great communication skills. I would highly recommend requesting him if you are at BMW Silver Spring.

Redefining car salesman role!

Overall experience was very positive; courteous staff and great showroom. I worked with Scott Sohn (client advisor) to purchase a 2019 X5. Scott was very customer obsessed, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained every detail in the vehicle, walked us through other models so we can compare, helped with price negotiation, and worked with us on financing. Post purchase, Scott kept in touch and helped with registration, tags, etc. Truly appreciate Scott's help!

Excellent Experience

I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. It has large inventory, great location. There are a number of sales personnel, some of them are BMW hobbyists. If you are serious, ask for one of them and you will have great experience.

Excellent service

Ron Askew was amazing. My second time with him being my salesman and he remembered me from 3 years ago. He attentive, and will make sure that the customer leaves satisfied.

Excellent service

Since the vehicle I wanted was not available at this location, Scott assisted me in searching and bringing the vehicle to this location in no time. Sale to finance were smooth without stress. This is my second lease at this location and was by far the better experience.
