Bmw Silver Spring Experience

Wonderful experience.

It has been a pleasure working with Max. Very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely personable. His attention to details was much appreciated as well as his ability to understand my concerns, some of which might be unique. He offered very clear and comprehensive answers to all my questions and great solutions to my concerns. I also enjoyed working with Andrew in financing. All my questions were answered in a professional manner without ever being pushy.

Car buying experience

My experience was nothing short of excellent. Max was really nice and helpful as I test drove the Honda. He even tried to get me a better interest rate than the credit unions. Thanks Max for contacting me regarding my Honda Inquiry. As you already know, I’m my not ready for a BMW, therefore, this Honda will suffice. Thanks again, Earl K

excellent experience

Karen Herbert is smart, a great listener and and expert in all things BMW. She spent best part of day with is. We leased a BMW fully loaded X3 which we werent sure we could swing. Thanks to Karen's incredible patience and persistent research, we did it.

Lonnie was Great

BMW of Silver Spring listed a used Certified BMW on its website that my wife was interested in. I met Lonnie on the lot late in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful and informative about features of each car we looked at. When we sat down to talk about the vehicle price and add-on service options Lonnie carefully walked me through all the options and their implications. I am very appreciative that he took the time to make sure everything was clear and he answered all of my questions in detail. At no time did he rush over issues or brush aside any concerns. We concluded the sale without any problems. Subsequently, there was an issue with getting the car inspected, but Lonnie made sure that the dealership took care of everything necessary to bring the car up to a Certified standard. Thanks so much, Lonnie. I appreciate all of your help and assistance.

great experience in leasing

Katen Herbert, who we just met yesterday at BMW silver soring, worked for hours with us to find a X3 we liked, could afford to lease and understand. Her presence is reassuring that finding a new quality car can be a pleasant day! Her knowledge of all things "auto" is fabulous. Julia in Finance was lovely and made the numbers part very easy. We felt at home and welcome at Silver Spring BMW.

Top Notch Service - Thanks

A had a very good certified used BMW car buying experience last week at BMW S. Spring. My salesperson Karen was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and very professional. Even on the afternoon of a busy sales day once I decided to buy they were able to fix a small problem and had me proudly on the road in my new ride in a few hours.

Great customer service!

I needed to get a new car quickly and Ron Askew was wonderful again (second time I've worked with him). He listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to show me so that I could get in and out with ease. He was very good at working within our budget to get us the best deal possible.
