Above and beyond service
Erik our service rep was great even for being understaffed managed everything very well, and was able to answer our questions and concerns well. Lonnie who was our original salesman went above and beyond upon learning we didn’t have a loner car for our service appointment and gave us his, Erik and Lonnie worked it out quickly, nothing but the best from BMW of silver springs. best price in area
I sent a lot of emails to get price and found silver spring price is the best, so I drove for three hours and it was worth it. I communicated with my salesperson Tae, gave a lot of advice, and then a very good discount, from the start of the selection to drive my new car,only three days.
