Ron is the best and JC Thomas is just as good. We went back to this dealer multiple times over the past 12 months and never felt like they were pushing to sell us a car but instead Ron worked very patiently with us to find a car that we liked for the price we want to pay. Ms. Jackson helped me through leasing a brand new 2019 330 and went the extra mile when it came to ensuring that I was happy throughout the whole process. She was an expert on the subject at hand and had no problem explaining to me all of the features in the new generation BMW 3 series. I've also visited for warranty for my previous 2010 BMW 3 series and they had no problem giving me a loaner car for the duration. This is the only dealer in the area that has enough loaner cars for their clients if you ask me.
