First time purchasing a BMW and the experience was great. Eric was our salesman and he never pressured us and was very patient answering all our questions about features and electric vehicle owner experience. That helped us land a BMW IX with exactly the features we wanted and the car is amazingly thoughtful. Eric helped us through the whole process and other support staff were great as well. Honestly, given the quality of the car and buying experience, I’m only disappointed we didn’t go this route sooner. Will be back again!

For my first experience with BMW, I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about the cars (even the ones I wasn't targeting), very professional, not pushy (which my wife particularly appreciated).
