Highly recommend both Desirea and this dealership— as a working mom who doesn’t have much spare time to go car shopping, Desirea was very helpful and willing to work over email until I could go to the dealership in-person to test drive and ultimately buy my car. They also made the process go smoothly on the day of so I was in and out within a few hours. I am so happy I was able to find her through dealer rater - other dealerships in the area were very difficult to get a hold of without going in person. Thank you again!

Gen took me through the paperwork portion of the car buying. As expected, he showed me all of the options (extended warranty, ceramic coating, tire protection, etc.). He was zero pressure and we talked honestly about the relative merits of each of the options. I did spend a few extra dollars on an option after talking and I feel confident that it was a good financial decision. Gen was also extremely personable and a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with. I've purchased dozens of vehicles and this was the first time I've ever liked the paperwork portion. THANKS GEN!!

Bought my second BMW from Scott here even though I have moved to NJ. He was very helpful throughout the process and helped me configure and order the car. Gave regular updates and made the whole process a breeze. Dealerships in NJ need to take notes from Silver Spring in terms of customer service. One thing I would like to critique is the delivery experience which is just car parked outside and they hand over the keys. They should do a little something extra especially when you are dropping $100K for the car. Reach out to Scott and you will not be disappointed. Will come back for my 3rd BMW again.
