I bought a 2005 Jeep Rubicon online with 83000 miles. The dealer was very professional and sold what they represented in the description they accepted my offer as well. Michael Brill who was my sales rep, did a great job answering questions and addressing any concerns. The GM was also very great to work with.I expressed my concern that since I purchased a vehicle online and had no way to test drive it as I live in Texas and they are located in Arizona, how can I be assured upon receipt that I will have the ability to have resolutions should there be any mechanical problem at time of receipt and a day or two to test the vehicle. He assured me that the dealership will stand behind what they sold me and allow me a reasonable solution if there were a problem. This was how I confidently closed the sale with such great professional courtesy. The Jeep arrived yesterday on 8/30/22 in superb condition of a vehicle 17 years old. The dealer completely detailed the vehicle, including the engine and engine compartment, the gave me a full tank of gas and I was informed by the delivery driver that the Jeep top was brand new from the dealership. My wife and I have taken it on the road in our neighborhood for a superficial shakedown. So far everything works as it should. Today I will test the 4x4 both high and low and also the air lockers that the Rubicon is noted to have as standard equipment. The interior was in excellent condition and had high quality seat covers on the front buckets and rear seat as well. All in all the Jeep for its age is as near new condition as can be expected and we were both elated and relived to finally have it in our possession. From start to finish of sale to delivery it took about two weeks. I found this to be acceptable as we live over 1000 miles from the dealership and had to shop for a reasonable rate for a auto transport company. Diesel Auto Express is who did my delivery and I highly recommend them should anyone need a transport service. They took great care to ensure the vehicle arrived in a timely manner and in the condition it left the dealership. They are an insured and reputable company with dispatchers who can tell you where your driver is and also provide the drivers phone number. This was a plus sines we live remote and wanted the driver to have local road conditions and route options. If you find a vehicle from this dealership that you want to purchase I would proceed with extreme confidence that you will get professional service and treatment.

My wife, an Asian immigrant, went here to look at a Ford Ranger that was listed on the internet. Although we are wealthy, we don’t flaunt wealth. Perhaps the salesman considered her a pauper since she was there to look at a base model since it will be a work truck for our ranch. He made it clear they only had fully loaded models, “To pricey for you”. Who says something like that to a stranger? A potential customer?? He didn’t even take the time to introduce himself!!! No business card? xxx? Clearly doesn’t think she can afford a car! While I don’t mind dealing with crappy people everyday and I can withstand a little abuse, it really upsets me that someone would treat my wife, the kindest and most gentle person I’ve ever met, like she’s trash. Went to Bell ford and bought a car from a real salesman

Chapman Ford is advertising vehicles that they do not
Chapman Ford is advertising vehicles that they do not have in their inventory. nor are they available at all, nor are they on order to their lot - they are special order vehicles (and vehicles that you cannot order at the moment). The fact that Chapman is advertising these vehicles (showing "5 miles" and with a specific color/model/package) is super misleading, and frankly, bad business.

I don’t see that you have been in our store since 2020; However, we apologize you inquired about a vehicle that was an incoming unit. When Ford puts a vehicle into production it automatically shows on our website. We do try to pull those pre-sold vehicles off our website as soon as they come up but if they fall on a weekend we could miss it for a day or two.
